These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, and mobile applications. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

1. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY 

Our products are either made-to-order or available in limited batches. Delivery timelines vary depending on the product and may be extended due to factors beyond our control. 

  • Standard delivery within India: 5–10 business days from order confirmation. 
  • Custom garments or premium fabrics: up to 15-16 days from order confirmation. 
  • Delivery delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our liability. 
    In cases where a selected fabric is out of stock or delayed from the supplier, we will offer alternatives. If the alternatives are not suitable, you may request a refund for that item, excluding any promotional bundle. 

2. ALTERATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Free Alterations and Exchanges (within 15 days of delivery): 

  • All customers across India can request one free alteration or customization within 15 days of receiving their order. 
  • Customers in XXXXXXXXXXmay also request a free home pick-up service during this period. 

Returns and Exchanges: 

  • Eligible only for ready-to-wear (RTW) shirts if unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. 
  • Items purchased during sale periods or with promotional offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or alteration. 
  • Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. 

After 15 Days: 

  • Alterations and customization services are available across India for an additional charge, depending on the service required. 
  • Please contact our customer support team for detailed pricing and availability. 

Ready-to-Wear Garments: 

  • Alterations are not available for RTW shirts except for length adjustments, which are applicable only in-person in XXXXXXXXXX.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES 

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials, including your password and contact details. All activities performed under your account are your responsibility. 
You agree to provide accurate information, including email and phone number, as we send communication regarding order status, deliveries, and promotional updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via your account settings. 

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & MEASUREMENTS 

We strive to represent our products accurately; however, slight variations in colour, texture, and fit may occur due to screen resolutions and fabric differences. 
For made-to-measure garments, measurements provided are final and include a general tolerance of ±0.5 inches. 
Ready-to-wear garments follow standard sizing charts, and customers are advised to select sizes accordingly. 

5. PRICING & PAYMENT 

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST for Indian orders. For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, and wallets as offered by our payment gateway provider. We do not store payment details on our servers. 
Gift vouchers cannot be purchased using loyalty points or similar incentives. 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All content on our website, including images, designs, and written materials, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Use of this material for commercial purposes without explicit written consent is prohibited. 

7. PRIVACY 

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is handled securely. We only share necessary information with delivery partners to fulfill orders and will never sell your data to third parties for marketing without consent.
